FOR ART CLASSES:
Because material costs and time are incurred for each ticket, these are the options if you need to cancel or can’t make a class that you have paid for. Please appreciate that these policies are non-negotiable, and have been written in consideration of Emmy being an independent artist.
1. Cancellation within 48 hours of ticket purchase qualifies for a full refund if purchased 10 days prior to the class. If three or more tickets are purchased by the same purchaser, only 2 tickets will be refunded in full, and the rest will qualify for a 50% refund.
2. Cancellation within 7 days to 48 hours from event date:
- Option 1: 50% ticket price credit refund, that can be used towards any Emmy Tran Art prints, greeting cards, or stickers only. And you can pick-up your sketched canvas at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
- Option 2: Attend a future Emmy Tran Art class (using the same canvas), when/if there is space available after ticket sales close for a specific class. Ticket holder will be notified within 48 hours of requested class. There are no guarantees for how long this can take.
Option 1: $20 credit refund that can be used towards any Emmy Tran Art prints, greeting cards, or stickers only. And you can pick-up your sketched canvas at a mutually agreed upon time and location.
Option 2: Pay a $20 extra fee to attend a future Emmy Tran Art class (using the same canvas), when/if there is space available after ticket sales close for a specific class. Ticket holder will be notified within 48 hours of requested class. There are no guarantees for how long this can take.
